CDS, then called Sons of England Dramatic Society, presented George S. Kaufman and Moss Hart's You Can't Take it With You at the Claremont Civic Centre and the Hofmeyr Theatre in March 1975 as part of the Cape Town Festival. The show was directed by Jill Cooke and the cast was as follows:
